Bringing together body literacy, self-compassion, school wellbeing experience and practical family support.
In a Clarity Session, we may look through three simple lenses:
1. BUILD BODY LITERACY
What is happening within
the body?
2. BUILD SELF TRUST
What is it bringing up emotionally?
3. SUPPORT NEXT STEPS
What support is needed to move forward?
The Wellwise approach;
1. Build body literacy
This may include puberty, periods, hormones, perimenopause, pain, symptoms, nervous system stress, sleep, movement, food, body signals or emotional changes.
2. Build self trust
This may include self-talk, shame, body confidence, perfectionism, people-pleasing, comparison, boundaries, identity, confidence or the inner critic.
3. Supportive next steps
This may include parent conversations, school support, GP preparation, allied health referrals, coaching, practical routines, resources, or a clearer family plan.
A space to pause, make sense of what’s happening, ask the questions you’ve been holding, and walk away with clearer next steps.

Content:
For parents of girls aged 8-16 years
Your daughter is learning about her body somewhere.
From friends. From TikTok. From silence. From panic. From schoolyard myths. From the way we speak about our own bodies when we think no one is listening.
The question is not whether she will learn.
The question is: who will help her make sense of it?
A Clarity Session gives you a place to begin before shame, fear or confusion becomes the loudest voice in the room.

We had a great time! It is my first time watching the presentations and I loved it – I actually learnt so much myself! The girls had lots of questions, so we have answered what we can and we will heave heaps for the Q and A next week. They liked looking at the period products, that was probably the most helpful part because they needed to understand the mechanics! I don’t think they have been properly shown those things. I also had a single father call me this afternoon to say thank you for opening up this conversation with his daughter, so that was a lovely outcome!”
