Period Positive Families

Period Ready Dad | Pints and Periods

For generations, periods have often been something girls learn from Mum and manage quietly around Dad.

But dads are parenting daughters differently now.

What if her first period happens when she’s with you?

You don’t need to become a menstrual-cycle expert.

You just need to know enough that when she needs you, you feel confident to show up for her.

Your Period Was Never Just a Period

Wellwise education goes beyond “what a period is.”

Understanding the menstrual cycle can help girls and women make sense of:
- body changes
- mood
- energy
- pain
- hormones
- bleeding
- self care
- health
- participation, and
- help seeking

Wellwise Woman can support something even bigger:

Body trust. Self-advocacy. Confidence. Connection to self.

Girls deserve to grow up understanding their bodies.

Women deserve to understand theirs too.

Need something more personal?

Wellwise Clarity Sessions

Sometimes information is enough.

Sometimes you need a calm space to talk through what’s happening and work out what comes next.

Wellwise Clarity Sessions offer personalised support for parents, girls and women navigating puberty, periods, body confidence, perimenopause and other wellbeing transitions.
