3. Download Parent Communication Letter
An editable Parent Information Letter is available on this page for schools wishing to notify families.
Schools are responsible for managing any required parent/carer permissions in accordance with their own procedures.
4. Photography & Interview Consent
If photography or student interviews are planned, please arrange appropriate permissions in advance using the Wellwise Woman Photography, Video & Interview Consent Form.
Student participation in photography and interviews is always optional.
Please confirm which students have the required permissions before the workshop.
Preparing for Your Wellwise Woman Visit
To help everything run smoothly, please review the following information before our workshop.
Venue & Equipment
Please arrange:
A comfortable, private room with suitable seating and ventilation.
A projector or screen for displaying presentations.
Speakers with audio capability for video playback.
A microphone for larger groups, where available.
A table for workshop materials and resources.
Access to the room approximately 30 minutes before the session for setup, where possible.
I will bring my own laptop, presentation materials and necessary adapters.
Student Participation & Supervision
To create a safe, supportive learning environment:
A school staff member must remain present throughout the workshop.
Please inform me in advance of relevant accessibility or participation requirements.
Students should have access to their usual school wellbeing and support staff if needed.
Please ensure students are aware of the workshop arrangements before the session.
Visitor & Compliance Requirements
Wellwise Woman can provide relevant Working with Children Check and insurance information to authorised school staff before the visit.
Please advise me of any additional visitor registration, induction or child-safety documentation your school requires.
