8x 60 min sessions | Best for year 5-6

A wellbeing and empowerment program for girls in Years 5–6

The Wise & Well Girls Club is an 8-week journey designed to help girls build self-worth, confidence, and resilience in a safe, supportive circle.

Each week combines fun activities, creative projects, and embodied practices with deeper conversations that matter to girls today.

Together, we explore friendships, body image, self-compassion, and confidence — helping every girl feel safe and proud in her changing body and empowered for the path ahead.

By the end of 8 weeks, girls will:

  • Build self-worth and feel safe and proud in their changing bodies.

  • Understand how body image is shaped by culture and peers — and choose a kinder story.

  • Develop tools for self-compassion, confidence, and resilience.

  • Strengthen skills for friendships, boundaries, and kindness.

  • Feel empowered, embodied, and connected as they prepare for high school.
